  • Diesel and Arla 32 Supply

Take the necessary precautions to ensure that the S50 / S10 and Arla 32 Diesel are supplied in their respective tanks as the inversion of the fluids contaminates and damages the components of both systems generating faults and stopping the vehicle.
Damage caused by contamination of fluids is not covered by warranty and repair costs are quite high, be aware when refueling!

  • Tyre Care

It is extremely important that tyre preventive maintenance is carried out in order to guarantee tyre efficiency, safety and durability:

    Preventive Maintenance

    Interval

     Lack of maintenance consequence

    Geometry/

    Alignment

    every 10.000 km

Premature and/or uneven wear and tear on the tyre's inner or outer sides (wear and tear mostly on one side of the tyre).

    Tyre rotation

    every 10.000 km

Irregular tyre wear and tear, ripples, protrusions and "scales" (sawtooth).

    Calibrating tyres

    weekly

Premature and/or irregular wear of tyres, ripples, cracks, breakage of fabrics, items resulting from low pressure and/or excessive tyre pressure.

Damage caused by lack of maintenance are not covered by warranty and new tyres can be quite pricey. Take good care of  your vehicle's tyres.

  • Air conditioning cleaning

The cleaning of the air ducts should be carried out periodically. The cleaning frequency can be reduced depending on the use of the air conditioning system, the number of people transported and the aggressiveness of the vehicle's environment.

The cleaning of the air return filter located in the aisle of the vehicle and the condenser coil located on the outside of the vehicle shall be carried out by the owner on a weekly basis. Failure to do so is considered negligence and voids the warranty as it may cause internal damage to the air conditioner compressor and other system components.

    Item

    Interval

    Lack of maintenance consequences

    AC Conderser cleaning

    Weekly

    Compressor breakage caused by
    air conditioning liquid return

    Cleaning of air ducts

Quarterly or less (depending on application)

Bad smell when using the air conditioning

The consequences of lack of maintenance are not covered by warranty and the costs of the repair are quite high, so carry out the periodic maintenance indicated in the maintenance plans.

  • Unblocking the axle air vent breather

Checking and/or cleaning of the axle air vent breather must be carried out weekly and it is the responsibility of the owner. Depending on the type of application the vent may become soiled and clogged and this type of obstruction generates an increase in internal pressure that can cause oil leakage in the seals and retainers.

Leaks resulting from lack of maintenance are not covered by warranty and repair costs can be quite high, so carry out periodic checks.
