VOLARE PROMOTES ACTIONS TO CELEBRATE THE MONTH OF THE CUSTOMER

Customer satisfaction is one of Marcopolo’s Group values

 

Volare, a company that belongs to Marcopolo S.A., the leading national manufacturer in the minibus segment, is always developing actions to increase customer satisfaction. This is one of the reasons why the brand is promoting various actions and interactions during the month of  September. The actions aim at further strengthening and retaining the company’s relationship with its clients.

 

In the first half of this month, a new commercial action will bring customers from the northern part of the country, one of the brand’s most active markets, to visit the São Mateus factory complex located in the state of Espírito Santo. The state-of-the-art manufacturing plant of São Mateus is where Volare vehicles are produced. The guest customers will also be able to enjoy a weekend at Trancoso, Bahia, one of the most coveted destinations on the Brazilian coast.

 

In addition to that, there will be more actions at its more than 50 points of service in Brazil to attract and retain customers, thanking them for being present during the 21 years of the brand’s journey of evolution into becoming a leading brand with 50% market share.

 

Another promotional action is the launch of a mini-series on social networks with testimonials from customers all over Brazil, translating the slogan “Made for your World”, where you can learn a little about the history of these entrepreneurs, demonstrating how together we can achieve business success.
