Fly 10 BioSafe was acquired by Viagens Vida Amiga from Canoinhas, Santa Catarina

Focusing on resuming mobility and safe transport to boost economy, the Vida Amiga carrier from Canoinhas has purchased the first Volare Fly 10 with BioSafe solutions in the southern region of Brazil at the Volare Local dealership. The vehicle was delivered last week and will be used in chartering operations for transporting employees at the WestRock Paper Mill.

“We are not measuring efforts to take care of our people in the pandemic. For this reason, since the beginning of the year, we have applied extensive and structural protective measures to combat the advancement of COVID-19 among our employees. We had already made changes in the transportation of employees with our supplier, in order to respect social distance and increase hygiene on buses. But now, with Marcopolo BioSafe, we will be able to offer our employees more technology, as an additional measure to combat the spread of the new coronavirus and thus continue to keep our people safe,” says Ali Abdul Ayoub, WestRock's Industrial Paper Director.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have been working to develop solutions for the safe resumption of mobility and transportation activities ”, emphasizes Sidnei Vargas, national sales manager at Volare.

Volare Fly 10 has several biosafety solutions, such as 1 + 1 + 1 internal seating layout with individual seats and two aisles for greater distance between passengers, alcohol gel dispensers, seats and dividing curtains with antimicrobial fabric, in addition to antimicrobial polymers for handrails, handgrips and other internal details.

With a total length of 10.145mm, the Fly 10 has 26 seats of the 940 mm width Soft Executive-type with USB socket, ducted air conditioning system and movable seating device (DPM) for total accessibility. For greater internal comfort, it features audio and video system with DVD and monitor, cup holders, luggage rack, total partition wall and electronic destination display.

The Vida Amiga agency was created in 1999 to meet the demand for tourist trips and soon expanded its activities to offer continuous charter service which is now the main segment of the company, serving large companies in the region and transporting its employees with excellent service. It also offers logistical specialization for safe, punctual transportation with time and costs optimization. The operator has a fleet of Volare and Marcopolo vehicles and it maintains a continuous renewal program.
