Brocker, from the touristic city of Gramado, uses the model to offer differentiated services at Serra Gaúcha (Northeast of Rio Grande do Sul - RS)

Brocker, a traditional customer of Volare and the main receptive tourism company to Gramado and Serra Gaúcha (Northeast cities of RS), has bought two units of Volare Five. The new vehicles have already begun to be used for the transport of tourists between the cities of Porto Alegre, Gramado and Canela.

The Volare Five was chosen by the operator because it is a compact, agile vehicle with a high standard of comfort, safety and ergonomics, as well as more luggage space and internal mobility for passengers. According to Fabio Bordin, executive director of Brocker Turismo, Volare Five is an extremely comfortable vehicle, both for the passenger and the driver.

"We have Volare models in our fleet for a long time and we chose Five to offer our customers a vehicle with different characteristics and dimensions to meet their needs with comfort and agility, as well as being robust and extremely reliable. Other important features of the Five are the greater internal height and the boarding gate that facilitates people access and movement, and also its strong engine and gearbox combination, leading to reduced maintenance," explains Bordin.

With its compact dimensions (6,700 mm length, 2,740 mm external height, 2,010 mm wide, 1,930 mm internal height and 1,908 mm internal width), the Volare Five offers a differentiated configuration with much more interior space, comfort and safety. It is equipped with Cummins ISF 2.8 engine, 150 hp and 360 Nm at 1,500 rpm, five-speed Eaton FSO 4505 C mechanical transmission and power steering. The model has rear traction, which guarantees better response on steep terrain or tough pathways. The position of the engine in the front allows easy access to the mechanical components and speed in the technical services.

The Volare Five has three different configurations, between 13 and 20 passengers, and it also has car concepts incorporated. Technically, it fits into the Contran M3 classification of microbuses with five tons TGW, which establishes the safety requirements for public passenger transport vehicles and passenger transport microbuses and buses.
