Tour operators are adopting the model because of the advantages it offers
Italianinha Tour, one of the main transportation operators in the Southwest of Paraná, has acquired a Volare Access unit. The model will be used in charter services mainly between the cities of Medianeira and Foz do Iguaçu. The vehicle is being increasingly used for this type of service because of the advantages it offers to passengers, such as comfort and speed when boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
According to João Paulo Ledur, director of the Volare Business, the deal was made by the brand's dealership Rodo Oeste, in the city of Cascavel, which is part of the Rodo Service group. "It is very important that our local representatives act in order to close business deals. They are in the 'front line' of the company, have relationship with customers and know the specific needs of each operator. The Italianinha purchased a vehicle with total accessibility to better serve its passengers," reveals the executive.
Volare Access has a differentiated Low Entry platform, which results in increased comfort, accessibility and safety for passengers. The "Full Air" front and rear suspension with six airbags, and the 70 mm lowering system provide all passengers a smooth and comfortable ride.
"Our goal is to meet the demands of the Medianeira Health Department to transport people with reduced mobility who are undergoing hemodialysis treatment in Foz do Iguaçu. That's why we chose Volare Access, thanks to its differentials such as low floor, air suspension, rear engine and unique standards of comfort, accessibility and safety," says Laércio Grando, manager of the Italianinha Tour.
Volare Access has an air-conditioning system, a retractable seat belt, an MP3 radio and large side glazed windows that offer greater visibility, ideal for those who want to enjoy the landscape during the journey. The model is equipped with Cummins ISF 3.8 rear engine, 62 hp and 450Nm at 1,500 rpm, 5-speed Eaton FSO 4505 C mechanical transmission and power steering. The engine positioning allows easy access to all components, which still have an electronically managed cooling system with four fans, which reduces noise levels and ensures a constant operating temperature.
With 20 years of experience in the market, the Italianinha Tour is headquartered in Matelândia, in the Southwest of Paraná and operates mainly in the charter and tourism segments. The operator main clients are Cooperativa Lar, Frimesa, Foz do Iguaçu City Hall, Matelândia City Hall, Medianeira City Hall, Serranópolis do Iguaçu and Ramilândia City Hall, and it counts on a fleet of approximately 50 vehicles that carry around 5,000 people a day.
