Viação Iapó, from Paraná, has acquired 12 Fly 9 Executivo vehicles
The continuous charter sector for transporting company employees continues to be the segment with the best performance at the beginning of the year in the bus industry. Serving these customers has boosted sales of Volare models. Last month, the manufacturer delivered 12 Fly 9 Executivo units to Viação Iapó, one of the largest continuous transportation companies in the state of Paraná.
"Viação Iapó is a major Volare customer and has more than 40 vehicles of the brand. With the new determinations for safety in public transport and distancing, the Volare models have achieved even greater acceptance for the advantages they provide in relation to efficiency, competitiveness, and cost/benefit ratio," explains Sidnei Vargas, the brand's national sales manager.
According to Carlos Wiecheteck, administrative director of Viação Iapó, the choice of Volare models is due to the excellent performance and the passengers' acceptance of their comfort, safety, and reliability. "We already had microbuses from the brand and decided to increase the number in the renewal of our fleet," says the executive.
The 12 Volare Fly 9 Executivo models were delivered by the Rodo Service Curitiba dealership that also provides after-sale services, preventive and corrective maintenance of the company at the customer's garage, guaranteeing satisfaction and quality in the service. The vehicles are already being used for continuous charter for companies in the state, have differentials in configuration and finishing to increase passenger comfort and safety, such as Executive 940 seats, ceiling air-conditioning system, wood imitation floor finishing for more sophistication, besides total separation wall, curtains, electronic itinerary, baggage holders, preparation for audio and video system with DVD and monitor, cup-holder and package holder).
The Volare Fly 9 Executive has a design that follows the main trends in the automobile segment, which makes it different from all other microbuses in the national market, with lighter, cleaner, and harmonious lines. Internally, it offers very high standards of comfort, ergonomics, and acoustic insulation. The instrument panel adopts automotive concepts, with easy access and reading of the instruments, with steering wheel, gear lever, and ergonomically installed controls. For the passenger, the Volare Fly 9 optimizes the use of the internal space and has the proposal to offer the best cost/benefit ratio.
Viação Iapó began in 1946, in Castro. In 1983, it was acquired by the Fadel group and was renamed after the patron saint of Ponta Grossa and Castro, Nossa Senhora Santana, becoming known as Viação Santana Iapó Ltda. Since its inception, the focus has always been on the highest standard of quality customer service.
The company started in the continuous charter segment in 1989, transporting the employees of Inpacel in Arapoti. Sometime later, companies from Ponta Grossa and the region started becoming interested in this kind of service. In the 1990s, new opportunities arose, with differentiated demands, such as Business, Leisure and Religious Tourism. Today, Viação Iapó has 375 employees and a fleet of 244 vehicles, to serve the corporate, metropolitan and school public transportation segments.
